Event Server

Ponzi Vineyards is seeking hard working, energetic and experienced servers to join our private events team!

Ponzi Vineyards Event Server job duties:

• On call/hourly/flexible schedule: must offer evening & weekend availability
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Familiar with food service, floor operations, food safety and proper serving procedures.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a professional polished appearance and attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Certifications:

• Must obtain a current OLCC and Food Handler's Permit (FHC)

Skills and Abilities:

• Friendly, dynamic, genuinely enthusiastic with a sense of humor
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities with grace and enthusiasm.
• Demonstrate fine dining experience dining room etiquette, service practices.

Compensation: DOE, Hourly, Tip share
