Shipping Associate

SUMMARY: Responsible for all tasks related to accurately packing and shipping items in a fast-paced environment. This position works in partnership with eCommerce Fulfillment and reports to Logistics & Operations management


  • Assume overall responsibility for Shipping goods and functions 
  • Assist in the intake, prep, and packing of all outgoing items to meet the daily FedEx, UPS & USPS pick-up and drop off deadline
  • Assemble, prepare, fill and package boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped
  • Product Inspection (outbound)
  • Print shipping product labels and secure to boxes
  • Update Inventory in Database and promptly report low inventory items
  • Manage and Maintain Excel spreadsheet
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed
  • Maintain and organize supplies
  • Assess packaging needs adequately for delicate items
  • Other duties may be assigned


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of shipping experience in a packaging warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and basic knowledge of computer skills
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have transportation
