Service Technician

Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Platteville, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repairs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive technology preferred
• 2+ years experience as a Service Technician preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
