Used Cars BDC Rep.

Description of the Role:

As a Used Cars BDC Rep at Pines Auto Group, you will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound sales calls related to used cars. You will play a key role in connecting potential buyers with the right vehicles from our extensive inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers interested in purchasing used cars, creating an appointment with them to come in person to see and test drive the vehicle
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Following up with potential leads to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Communicating effectively with other team members to coordinate sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using basic computer programs and databases.
