We're on the lookout for motivated and enthusiastic representative to join our team as a full-time Business Development Representative in our Internet Sales Department. We provide an aggressive compensation plan to include benefits i.e. medical, dental, vision and paid time off. BDC Representative Qualifications:
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Take direction well
- Must like being part of a TEAM
- Must be able to stay focused
- Must have an open availability
BDC Representative Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments following dealership specific guidelines.
- Receive inbound calls for two dealerships, schedule appointments or route calls to the proper department.
- Reaching out to customers using provided lists to generate sales appointments.
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance for their sales needs.
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with sales professionals to provide detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Confident, positive and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- MUST be reliable
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
