Overview:
Regency Hotel Management is looking for a Director of Sales who will have the opportunity to be the sales leader for Pierre’s two prominent hotels: The Pierre Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center and the ClubHouse Hotel & Suites. You can work with diverse clients and develop your sales and marketing skills as a team member.
In addition to introducing our new Director of Sales position, we announce that The Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center completed a multi-million-dollar renovation with an exceptional new dining concept at Riparian Pub & Café. The ClubHouse Hotel & Suites completed its renovation in September 2024. These two hotels are regionally known. With a difference in size of meeting space and décor style, these two hotels offer the perfect experience for every type of traveler and group. What’s incredibly unique is that these two hotels are located next to each other, with only a few steps between them, and on the East side of the Oahe River Bridge.
Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: $60,000 -$65,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in corporations, associations, and event planners.
- Professionally represent the hotel in community and industry organizations and events.
- Participate in Regency Hotel Management’s Sales*Rev bi-weekly prospecting program.
- Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients. Internally promote company programs.
- Participate in transient sales activities to maximize hotel revenue.
- Participate in Regency Hotel Management’s sales blitzes as needed.
- Be accountable for market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Based on market trends, share reasonable recommendations with the revenue team to improve revenue potential from various feeder markets and market segments.
- Develop rates and group and local negotiated sales strategies by reviewing competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management.
- Communicate sales efforts through effective oral and written communication while overseeing rate, date, and space commitments for group and local negotiated accounts room sales within the hotel.
- Based on market trends, share reasonable recommendations with the revenue team to improve revenue potential from various feeder markets and market segments.
- The Director of Sales is accountable for market performance and meeting budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.
- Compile and/or direct the preparation of reports on the operation of the Sales Department to include, but not limited to, the annual and monthly forecast, marketing budget, lead management system, group booking pace report, STR reports, and sales meeting minutes
- Organize and/or attend scheduled sales department, management, and related meetings.
