What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Build relationships through phone, text, social media, and in-person communication
- Create social media content featuring inventory and dealership events
- Follow up with leads quickly and professionally
- Learn vehicle features, financing basics, and dealership processes
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong energy
- Comfortable being on camera and active on social media
- Self-motivated and competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Sales experience is a plus — but not required
