Mobile Service Technician – Ford

Location: Pettus Ford De Soto (Mobile Service Role)

We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Technician to support our growing mobile service operations. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work, independence, and customer-facing service.

Requirements

• Must be a State Safety Inspector

• Must be able to complete Ford Mobile Technician certification level

• Field Service Action (FSA) Certification required

or willingness to complete required Ford training

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining Ford standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Ford dealership experience

• Experience with mobile or off-site service operations

• Strong customer communication skills
