We are seeking an Automotive Sales Professional who combines personality with discipline. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable creating engaging social media content, and understands that consistent follow up, prospecting, and professional CRM activity drive long term success in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

Build genuine relationships with customers in person and online
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
Maintain accurate and consistent CRM activity
Create engaging short form video and social media content
Actively prospect for referrals, repeat business, and new opportunities
Maintain product knowledge on new and pre owned inventory
Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Self motivated, goal oriented, accountable, and driven by performance based income
Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and technology
Willing to prospect and follow up consistently
Professional attitude and appearance
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Sales experience is preferred but not required. Structured training and mentorship are provided for the right candidate. Work ethic, professionalism, and accountability are essential.
