Pettus Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Franchise Finance Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for a proven professional who understands dealership finance operations, lender relationships, compliance, and delivering a strong customer experience in the F&I office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in a franchise dealership environment, be comfortable structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and presenting finance and protection products with confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize vehicle finance deals

• Work with banks and lenders to secure approvals

• Present finance and protection products to customers

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations

• Maintain strong lender relationships

• Work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions and deliver a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager in a franchise dealership

• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structuring

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• High level of professionalism and integrity
