About Us:

At Personal Home Care Plus, we take pride in being a trusted leader in non-medical home care across Colorado. Our mission goes beyond simply providing care—it’s about showing up with purpose every day and delivering reliability, respect, and compassion to those who depend on us.

We believe excellent care begins with consistency. Our clients count on caregivers who arrive on time, follow through on their commitments, and treat every visit as an opportunity to make someone’s day safer, brighter, and more comfortable.

If you’re someone who believes that dependability is a form of compassion and takes pride in being counted on, you’ll fit right in with our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional caregivers to provide in-home support and assistance for our clients through the IHSS program. As a skilled caregiver, you will play a key role in promoting independence, safety, and dignity in the comfort of our clients’ homes.

This role requires empathy, reliability, and a true commitment to providing consistent, quality care. We’re not looking for “warm bodies” to fill shifts; we’re looking for caregivers who understand the importance of showing up, following through, and making a difference.

What Makes a Great Fit:

  • You take pride in your reliability and understand the impact of consistency.

  • You treat caregiving as a professional responsibility—not a temporary job.

  • You value communication, honesty, and teamwork.

  • You are willing to grow, learn, and adapt to meet each client’s unique needs.

  • You believe that compassion and accountability go hand in hand.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing dependable, compassionate in-home care and companionship

  • Supporting clients with personal care needs while maintaining dignity and respect

  • Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs

  • Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment

  • Accompanying clients to appointments or errands as needed

  • Following personalized care plans and documenting updates accurately

  • Adhering to all state regulations and company policies

  • Completing 12 hours of annual continuing education (as required by the State of Colorado)

Skilled Care Services May Include:

  • Wound Care: Cleaning and dressing wounds to promote healing

  • NG Tube Feeding: Administering nutrition through nasogastric tubes

  • Catheter Care: Providing comfort and hygiene with proper maintenance

  • Suppository Administration: Safely assisting with prescribed bowel care routines

  • Bowel Program Support: Helping clients manage bowel care with professionalism and sensitivity

If This Sounds Like You:

You’re dependable, kind, and take pride in your work. You understand that your consistency helps clients live safely at home and gives families peace of mind. You see caregiving as more than a job—it’s a responsibility and a calling.

Apply today and join a team that values reliability, heart, and purpose in everything we do.
