Porsche of White Plains is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every Porsche client receives prompt, courteous, and exceptional service
- Take full ownership of the customer experience from arrival to post-service follow-up
- Lead, coach, and manage the service team, including advisors, technicians, valets, and support staff
- Maintain open communication with the Service BDC, Parts Department, and Technicians to manage daily operations and expectations
- Provide high-level concierge support for Porsche owners and VIP clients
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and Porsche representatives
- Collaborate with marketing to support continued growth and customer engagement
- Track incoming work volume and maximize service department profitability
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing
- Stay current on OEM training, safety regulations, and Porsche CSI standards
Requirements:
- Automotive service management experience in a high-volume, luxury dealership (Porsche or equivalent brand preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of modern vehicles and repair processes
- Familiarity with CDK (preferred) and adaptability to other dealership software
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and accountability
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
