Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and follow up on sales appointments effectively.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat, using emails, scripts, and templates.
• Capturing initial customer information
• Provide initial product information and guide customers to appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads who are undecided or have missed appointments.
• Engage in team and process development sessions to foster positive relationships with colleagues and management.
• Utilize our CRM tracking system on a daily basis to manage leads.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong team player with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Courteous and professional demeanor.
• Positive, hardworking attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and software applications.
• *Spanish preferred 
• Valid driver’s license.
