Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls
• Check out customers after their service appointments and handle payments
• Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Direct customers to the correct department or advisor
• Provide excellent customer service and support to the service team

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
