Many of our top-performing Sales Associates started with little or no automotive sales experience. Through our hands-on training program and dedicated mentorship, you'll gain the skills, confidence, and product knowledge needed to build a rewarding career.

During training, motivated associates can earn significant income while learning the business. Our Job Start bonus incentive includes a generous cash bonus, along with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 in the first 90 days!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the vehicle-buying process
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Follow up with leads and prospects using company-provided CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Meet and exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Maintain awareness of inventory and communicate any concerns

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays (5-day work week)
