  About the Role

  Pauli Ford is looking for a motivated Mid-Level Automotive Service Technician to join our growing dealership team. This position is ideal for an ambitious technician with 2–5 years of experience who wants to expand their skill set with a dedicated OEM team, earn competitive pay, and receive paid factory training.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, drivability, and HVAC systems on Ford and mixed-make vehicles.

  • Perform routine maintenance including brake service, fluid flushes, suspension, and multi-point inspections.

  • Utilize Ford integrated diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to accurately troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

  • Document work clearly on repair orders and communicate transparently with Service Advisors regarding additional needed repairs.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work station while meeting production goals.

  Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of automotive repair experience in a shop or dealership setting.

  • ASE certifications preferred (or equivalent Ford STST certifications).

  • Strong mechanical aptitudes and diagnostic/troubleshooting skills.

  • Must bring your own basic tool set (specialty tools provided).

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
