Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with professionalism and discretion.    

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize office files and records efficiently.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
• Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
• Proven experience in an office assistant or similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
