As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers with the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and scheduling project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate with team members to keep everyone aligned.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, reports, and status updates.
• Track progress and identify any delays or issues that need escalation.
• Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items to the project team.
• Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation under supervision.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and terminology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
