Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to concerts and festivals. This position requires individuals who are energetic, customer-focused, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. 

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage registration and check-in processes efficiently
• Provide accurate information about event schedules, locations, and activities
• Monitor event areas to ensure safety and security of guests
• Assist with the setup, breakdown, and organization of event materials and equipment

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Previous experience in customer service or event support is preferred but not required
