Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about marketing strategies and eager to develop a strong foundation in the marketing field. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate and support the execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Manage and update content on social media platforms and company website.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
