Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to enhance our organization’s brand and engage our target audience. Your expertise in communication will help to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and the community. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the organization’s mission and goals.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to various stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person.
• Conduct research on communication trends and best practices to enhance overall strategy effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on communications metrics and performance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with content management systems and website maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
