Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our communication efforts and helping to enhance our organization's visibility and outreach. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies that effectively promote our brand and engage our target audience. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and other communication materials.
• Manage and update social media accounts to enhance engagement and follower growth.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Conduct research to gather information for communication initiatives and projects.
• Support the development of internal communications materials to keep stakeholders informed.
• Draft content for newsletters, blogs, and website updates that adhere to brand guidelines.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
