Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our organization's communication strategies and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives that reflect our mission and values. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and other communications materials.
• Manage and update social media accounts, including content creation and engagement with followers.
• Support the planning and execution of communications projects and events.
• Monitor and report on media coverage related to the organization.
• Compile and analyze data for communication performance metrics and reports.
• Assist in developing content for newsletters, blogs, and the company website.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
• Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
