Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Austin, TX 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $750 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team. As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize effective communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document and log customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Assist customers with issues ranging from billing inquiries to technical support.
• Respond to email and chat inquiries from customers when required.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and conflict resolution effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and dialing equipment.
