Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and processing data to ensure accurate and efficient operations within our organization. You will be responsible for inputting a large volume of information into our database systems with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Input data accurately into our internal databases.
- Verify and check data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Maintain and update existing data records as necessary.
- Assist in the generation of data reports and spreadsheets.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure its integrity.
- Respond to data-related inquiries and requests from team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy; minimum of 45 words per minute.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
