Position: Entry Level Customer Service Assistant

Location: Austin, TX 

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $750 - $950 per week

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that their inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You will work closely with various departments to provide the necessary information and support needed to resolve any situation that arises.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
