Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support our executive team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth operation of daily activities and helping our leaders make the best use of their time. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize executive schedules, including appointments and meetings
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare and edit correspondences, reports, and presentations
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
• Assist in the preparation of meetings by creating agendas and taking minutes
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are up to date and organized

Skills

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
