Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service processes. You will be responsible for entering customer information accurately into our database, maintaining records, and assisting with any inquiries or issues customers may have.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer data in the database with high accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and files to ensure information is up-to-date and organized.
• Provide assistance to customers in resolving issues and complaints efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Generate reports on customer data and service performance as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer software including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
