Position: Communications Coordinator

Location: Austin, TX  

Salary: $800 - $1,195 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders. As a vital part of our organization, the Communications Coordinator will work closely with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and the company website.
• Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate events and outreach initiatives to promote brand awareness.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication effectiveness.
• Assist in managing the organization's public relations and media inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in communication roles, preferably in a corporate or non-profit setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
