Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our public relations efforts by assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and reputation 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of public relations strategies and campaigns
• Draft press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the PR team
• Coordinate and manage logistics for events and press conferences
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
• Help maintain the organization's social media presence and content calendar

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and a creative mindset
