Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This position requires a creative mindset that can effectively translate our business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.  

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate events, promotions, and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to attract and retain customers.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials and sales collateral.
• Assist in the creation of newsletters, blog posts, and other communication pieces to engage with our audience.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing software and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
