Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, serving as a vital link between them and our company. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant products or services.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
