Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that our daily administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing various tasks that are essential for supporting our staff and enhancing productivity

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Organize and maintain filing systems both electronically and physically.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.
• Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure inventory is always stocked.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
