About the Role:
Patriot Holdings is seeking a Director of AI & Marketing Automationto architect and operate the technology infrastructure that powers marketing, investor acquisition, and property demand generation across the company.
This role serves as the technical backbone of the marketing organization, responsible for building the systems, automation workflows, CRM infrastructure, and AI-powered tools that enable the marketing team to operate at scale.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this role translates marketing strategy into automation, workflows, data architecture, and scalable infrastructure across the company’s marketing and sales ecosystem.
While the Head of Marketing owns campaign strategy, paid media performance, funnel outcomes, and marketing ROI, this role owns the technology, automation, AI workflows, and marketing systems that make those outcomes possible.
This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborates closely with Marketing, Investor Relations, and Operations teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Automation & AI Systems Architecture:
Serve as the company’s Senior Automation Architect, responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation and AI-driven workflows across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Architect and build advanced workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks
- Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that automate research, outreach, marketing operations, and business intelligence
- Develop and maintain Claude skills, agents, and autonomous workflows that power internal operating systems
- Build AI-driven systems that support:
- investor prospecting and outreach
- tenant and resident demand generation
- marketing campaign automation
- research and intelligence gathering
- operational reporting and insights
- Integrate AI tools across the company including:
- Claude OpenAI APIs
- enrichment APIs
- Automation platforms
- Continuously identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automation, i.e., content creation and publishing, listing creation and publishing, etc.
- Design scalable workflows that enable the marketing team to launch campaigns, outreach programs, and funnels rapidly.
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Systems Ownership:
Own the architecture, performance, and health of HubSpot as Patriot’s central CRM and marketing automation platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple CRM pipelines including:
- investor pipeline
- broker pipeline
- acquisition pipeline
- tenant/resident pipeline
- marketing lead pipelines
- Maintaining data integrity, lifecycle stages, canonical metadata structures, and CRM hygiene
- Designing and managing workflows for:
- lead routing
- investor nurturing
- lifecycle email marketing
- segmentation and targeting
- internal notifi cations and automation
- Maintaining HubSpot health score and operational best practices
- Ensuring data synchronization across marketing tools and outbound systems
- Supporting the Head of Marketing with automated funnel infrastructure and lifecycle marketing systems
Monday.com Workflow Architecture & Marketing Command Center Optimization:
Own and continuously improve the Monday.com operational infrastructure that powers marketing execution, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities include:
- Architect and maintain campaign tracking boards across investor acquisition, tenant marketing, property-level campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Optimize and maintain the company’s Marketing Command Center board, providing centralized visibility across all campaigns, funnels, and initiatives.
- Ensure marketing boards integrate with HubSpot, automation platforms, enrichment tools, and outbound systems.
- Maintain data integrity across Monday dashboards and performance cockpits, ensuring leadership has reliable real-time visibility into marketing performance.
- Build performance dashboards tracking metrics such as:
- marketing-attributed pipeline accredited investor lead flow
- tenant acquisition performance
- funnel conversion rates campaign ROI
- Implement Monday automations to streamline workflows and reduce manual operational work.
- Integrate Monday with the company’s broader tech stack to support automated reporting and campaign operations.
- Continuously improve board structure, automation architecture, and reporting frameworks.
- Advise teams on workflow design and operational efficiency within Monday.
Marketing Technology Stack Ownership:
Serve as the system owner for Patriot Holdings’ marketing and growth technology ecosystem, ensuring all tools are integrated, reliable, and optimized for performance. Key platforms include:

- Designing and maintaining the architecture and integrations between all systems
- Ensuring seamless data synchronization across tools
- Monitoring system health and uptime
- Evaluating and implementing new marketing technologies
- Managing vendor relationships and software licenses
- Maintaining documentation for all system architecture and automation workflows
Website Infrastructure & Technical SEO
Oversee Patriot’s website infrastructure and technical SEO performance across corporate and property-level sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing websites built on WordPress and Webflow
- Optimizing website performance across:
- page speed
- Google Core Web Vitals
- technical SEO
- schema markup
- metadata and canonical structures
- Supporting the Head of Marketing with landing page deployment and funnel infrastructure
- Managing or coordinating with external agencies when needed.
Data Enrichment & Outbound Intelligence
Own Patriot’s contact intelligence and enrichment infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Clay enrichment pipelines across business units.
- Enriching contacts for:
- investor outreach
- broker sourcing
- tenant/resident marketing
- acquisition pipelines
- Integrating Clay with:
- HubSpot
- Apollo
- outbound tools
- AI systems
- Building high-quality datasets for hyper-targeted outbound campaigns.
AI Adoption & Internal Enablement Champion
AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying high-leverage AI use cases across departments
- Building internal AI workfl ows that improve productivity
- Hosting monthly AI training sessions for internal teams
- Helping team members adopt AI tools for:
- research
- content creation
- automation
- operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing systems, automation engineering, marketing operations, or related technical roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Strong experience administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Experience building automation workflows, API integrations, and system architectures.
- Experience with data enrichment tools such as Clay or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation agents, and modern AI workflows.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
- Experience managing marketing technology stacks and system integrations.
- Ability to translate marketing strategy into scalable systems and automation infrastructure.
