Key Duties:

  • Experience in managing due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions including but not limited to:
    • Financials
    • Environmental reports
    • Title reports
    • Surveys
    • Zoning reports
    • Property condition assessments
    • Inspection reports
  • Perform due diligence analysis of investment by reviewing third-party documents and industry research, concentrating on asset condition and performance, legal aspects, and financial underwriting
  • Manage the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial statements, environmental reports, title reports, surveys, zoning reports, property condition assessments, and inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, financial, and operational teams, to gather and evaluate necessary documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by analyzing property-related data and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to obtain accurate and timely reports.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting critical issues and potential deal risks.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability throughout the due diligence process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate 
  • Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing financial, environmental, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, real estate management platforms).
  • Must be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and able to work on-site.
