Location: Schaumburg, IL Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, repairs, and rotations with precision
• Inspect tire wear and provide recommendations that support safety and performance
• Assist with multi-point inspections and basic maintenance services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Uphold Patrick BMW’s high standards for customer care and service excellence

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of tire technician experience (BMW or dealership experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
