What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and technicians, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience:

• Deliver top-tier customer service and maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, service needs, and repair updates
• Verify warranty coverage and service contracts accurately
• Create and process detailed Repair Orders, including costs and customer concerns
• Recommend additional services and explain their value to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
• Manage the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous service
• Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, both in person and by phone
• Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated professional who brings both technical knowledge and a customer-first mindset:

• Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor (minimum 3 years)
• Experience with BMW or other luxury/import brands preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (held for 3+ years)
• Must be 19 years or older
• Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
