Your Role:

As a Service Loaner Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing loaner vehicles while their BMW is in service. Your role is crucial in delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the loaner car fleet, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate loaner vehicles for service customers.
• Communicate loaner policies and procedures with clarity and professionalism.
• Perform inspections on returned vehicles for cleanliness and damage.
• Collaborate with service advisors to streamline vehicle exchanges.
• Maintain detailed records of loaner vehicle usage.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail when managing inventory and processing agreements.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with dealership software (CDK/ADP) is a plus.
