Start by working with our Parts Team learning the following:

• Identify part numbers using interactive software
• Learn basic customer service skills both phone or in person
• Learn part order fulfillment processes for customers, wholesale accounts and technicians within the service shop and collision center
• Parts inventory accuracy and logistics
•  

You will also be exposed to some of the most knowledgeable parts professionals

in the business

During the first six months we will be looking for:

• Orginizational ability
• Ambition/Drive/Work Ethic
• Punctual Attendance
• Ability to comply with safe workplace rules
• Ability and determination to properly complete tasks

Once you have successfully completed this trial period Pat Milliken Ford will:

• Give you access to Ford Motor Company on-line training
• Put you on a career path in the automotive parts industry with well defined benchmarks
