Role Summary
The Trade Partnership Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing long-term business relationships with local trade companies that frequently encounter drywall damage. These relationships become the top referral channels for each PatchitUP location and directly impact the growth, stability, and recurring revenue of the territory.
This role focuses on field outreach, relationship development, Power Partner membership enrollments, and ongoing training to ensure partners fully understand how to work with PatchitUP. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and motivated by building meaningful B2B relationships that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Field Outreach & Prospecting

Conduct in-person visits to local businesses in trades such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC, property managers, restoration companies, realtors, and more.

Introduce PatchitUP services and explain how working together benefits their business.

Deliver materials, membership information, and wholesale pricing resources.
Relationship Development & Nurturing

Build and maintain the territory’s top trade relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.

Train partners on how PatchitUP works, what to expect, how to submit jobs, and how the membership program operates.

Schedule periodic check-ins, coaching sessions, and update visits to strengthen partner performance.

Ensure partners feel supported, valued, and connected to the PatchitUP location.
Power Partner Membership Sales

Present membership options clearly and confidently.

Enroll trade businesses into the program and support them during onboarding.

Track Power Partner memberships sold and ensure partners understand all benefits, processes, and expectations.

Maintain an active list of leads, opportunities, and renewals.
Program Training & Education

Conduct mini-training sessions for trade businesses during visits.

Ensure partners understand how to send jobs, how scheduling works, and what’s included in their plan.

Distribute training materials, wholesale pricing cards, program guides, and access to digital tools.
Territory Market Development

Identify new partnership opportunities within the territory.

Attend trade associations, networking groups, community events, and chamber meetings.

Build a strong local presence as the PatchitUP representative in the field.
Coordination With Operations

Communicate upcoming partner-referred jobs to the owner/GM and technicians.

Provide feedback from partners to improve processes and service quality.

Ensure partner expectations are met and reinforced internally.
Tracking & Reporting (ServiceTitan)

Log all outreach activity, interactions, opportunities, and follow-up inside ServiceTitan.

Track membership sales, active partners, and job inflow from trade businesses.

Prepare weekly reports on activity, relationships, and progress.
Qualifications
Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with in-person outreach, field visits, and building new relationships

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Friendly, professional, and community-focused demeanor

Willingness to learn ServiceTitan (training provided)
Preferred

Experience in the home-services, trades, or B2B relationship roles

Experience selling memberships, service plans, or partnership programs

Familiarity with trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, real estate, etc.)

Past CRM experience (ServiceTitan preferred)

Compensation
Base Salary: $17/hr
Bonus/Commission: Based on memberships sold, partner activity, and territory growth
Benefits: Ipad, Gas/ travel reimbursement, PTO
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings for networking or trade events.
