Porter

At Pat Armstrong Ford, we take pride in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Our Service Porter/Customer Service team plays a crucial role in connecting with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless service visit for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking them to the correct person for their appointment.
• Pick up & deliver guests’ vehicles for Service appointments.
• Shuttle our guests to local area while their vehicle is in Service.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle and rental vehicles, including fueling and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
• Keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot and maintaining lot tidiness.
• Clean vehicles for Sales and Service departments.
• Moving and parking cars on the lot.
• Be able to manage various tasks daily to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly.
• Be a team player.
• Tech-savvy – must be able to operate dispatching and map apps on mobile phones.


Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years or older
