Description of the Role

Parrish Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The ideal candidate will answer customer calls and create support tickets in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate, timely, and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers by offering professional, patient, and solution-oriented support.
  • Work closely with other call center team members to continuously improve customer service performance.
  • Assist in training new employees by sharing company processes, customer management strategies, and service expectations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call handling protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Part-time, 6:00am - 12:00pm, 12:00pm - 6:00pm
