IT Help Desk

Description of the role:

Parrish Consulting Services, Inc is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an IT Help Desk. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to internal users in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to IT support requests in person, over the phone, or via email
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex issues

Requirements:

• Prior experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
