About The Opportunity

Parkway is seeking an organized, dependable Service Dispatcher who can keep a busy automotive shop moving. You will coordinate technicians, service advisors, and Parts to ensure the right work reaches the right technician with the information, authorization, and parts needed to complete it.

This position reports to the Service Director and plays a direct role in technician productivity, timely repairs, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor production and remove delays.
• Coordinate vehicle keys and repair orders.
• Will assign work based on technicians’ skills and availability.

Compensation
