SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Auto Technician/Mobile Mechanic. The successful candidate will provide basic automotive repair and maintenance services directly at our customers' locations, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience. This role requires basic diagnostic skills and a customer-centric approach to service. Prior roadside assistance experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance at customer locations.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Repair or replace brake systems, components, and other essential vehicle parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues using specialized tools and equipment.
• Provide clear communication with customers, explaining issues, repair processes, and maintenance needs.
• Ensure that all repairs and services meet the manufacturer’s specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including parts used and labor times.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and trust with clients to encourage repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic automotive technician skills required.  
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while traveling to various job sites.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required.
