Parts Counter Person

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Sells parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop or over the phone.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Makes key tags for vehicles.
• Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that may need immediate attention.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts.
• Recieves payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer.
• Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice among other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturdays 7:30am - 12:00pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pampa, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
