- Ensure customers receive timely and accurate communication throughout the repair process
- Review open repair orders and prevent unnecessary aging
- Improve maintenance, repair, and recommended-service presentation
- Ensure MPIs are completed, communicated, and followed up properly
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor appointment volume, advisor capacity, waiters, carryovers, and workflow
- Work closely with the Service Director, shop leadership, parts department, BDC, and technicians
- Maintain high standards for appearance, professionalism, and process execution throughout the service drive
