Parks Motor Group of Gainesville, a leader in automotive excellence, is looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our fleet and commercial parts and service business. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives on client interaction, solutions selling, and increasing market share through strong B2B relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, visit, and build long-term relationships with fleet and commercial accounts, independent repair facilities, municipalities, and any other potential fleet and commercial customers

• Promote dealership parts and service offerings, including OEM parts, maintenance programs, and repair solutions

• Promote Mobile Service and repair

• Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet service scheduling and parts fulfillment

• Provide quotes, assist with parts/service requests, and track orders to ensure timely delivery

• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to increase volume and loyalty

• Track sales and report weekly performance and forecasts

• Collaborate with parts & service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales experience (automotive, fleet, or commercial sales preferred)

• Knowledge of vehicle parts and dealership service operations strongly preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter with ability to manage schedule and route independently

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
