Senior Division Order Analyst – Oil & Gas

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of direct Division Order experience and be comfortable handling complex ownership matters independently. Responsibilities include:

• Take-in-Kind (TIK).
• Complex DOI and ownership calculations.
• Title opinion review. • Ownership transfers and changes.
• Suspense and curative issues.
• Royalty, ORRI, and working interest calculations.
• Resolving complex ownership discrepancies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Division Order experience. 
• Strong TIK experience.
• Ability to interpret title documents and calculate complex decimals.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas ownership.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

*Must be willing to work the technology and AI
*CDOA certification and experience with major oil and gas operators are a plus.
