Automotive Clean up/ Porter

Want to break into the Automotive world? We are currently seeking an Automotive Clean up/ Porter at Pallotta Ford in Wooster, Ohio. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles in our dealership. This role is essential to maintaining a positive customer experience and upholding our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with compensation starting at $17 per hour, paid biweekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning and detailing of new, used, and customer vehicles
- Ensure the interior and exterior of vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and presentable for display and test drives
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to safely remove stains, dirt, and debris from vehicles
- Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet our standards of cleanliness and organization
- Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas as needed
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and maintain the cleanliness of the service area
- Assist in organizing service bays and keeping them clear of debris
- Collaborate with other service department team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
